The Unholy Trinity

From Finca Los Trés Santos grown by Rudy Carcármo in Honduras. This coffee is a blend of three different processes. We roast and blend washed, honey, and natural process versions of the same coffee from the same farm, a single origin blend. This creates a complex depth of flavor that ranges from floral berry notes to heavier notes of merlot and dark chocolate. Perfect for a deeply nuanced pour over or a punchy fruit forward espresso.
